Get your photos ready
We need well-lit sharp focus close-ups.
For most requests (such as masses, injuries or deformities), it is important that you submit current pictures with your application.
Pictures should be taken from far enough away so that we can see all or most of your pet’s body, as well as your area of concern. If the picture is taken too close to your pet, we will not be able to get perspective on the size and location of your concern.
- If the area of concern is on your pet’s chest or stomach, please submit a picture of your pet’s entire underside. Have someone else hold the back legs open so we can see what’s going on.
- If the area of concern anywhere on the face, please submit a picture of your pet’s entire face.
- If your pet has multiple issues, please submit a picture that clearly shows each of your concerns.
