Another type of surgery

Your dog may be too big for our clinic. To know, we will need to see a picture of him or her standing next to a car. Please be sure to upload one when you upload your pictures into the application.
Has your pet been seen by a veterinarian for the issue you’re contacting us about?

Since your pet has already been seen by a vet, we will be asking for the following:

  • Exam notes from each clinic that your pet has been to within the past 12 months.
  • Any blood test results within the past 12 months.
  • Any X-rays and/or ultrasound images related to the current issue.
  • The name and phone number of each clinic that has seen your pet within the past 12 months.

Please be prepared to provide us with as much of this information as possible.

Note:
  • We only perform surgeries on cats and dogs.
  • We do not perform surgeries on English Bulldogs.
  • We do not perform surgeries on Cane Corsos over 6 months old.
